Shrenik Kochar, Founder and Director

Brooklane is led by Shrenik Kochar, Director at Kochar Tea & Beverages and the founder behind the brand. With roots in a family that has been in the tea business for over 45 years, Shrenik grew up immersed in the world of tea—from understanding sourcing and quality to the nuances of blending and manufacturing.

After completing his education at NMIMS, he chose entrepreneurship over a corporate career and set out to build a scalable tea business that combines traditional expertise with modern strategy.

Known for his data-driven approach to business and flexible leadership style, Shrenik focuses on maintaining high quality standards while building a strong retail presence for Brooklane across India.
